Bunka Kitchen Knife

A variation of a santoku’s geometry, this general purpose kitchen knife is great for vegetables, fish, and herbs. A great general purpose blade with a different feel. A longer handle for more variety in grip. A slight taper from the spine to the belly allows for more secure control. This blade sports a more aggressive drop point for a finer tip.
