Built with the intention of handling poultry and produce of any scale. A hardy spine at the base tapers down to a thin 1/16" for gliding through cabbage on the front and pushing through joints on the back end. The sharp drop of the bevels helps reduce any wedging that might occur. The thicker handle provides comfort when chopping, while the flat faces help with control for any vegetable prep work.
