Somewhere between a gyuto and a santoku. A gradual drop point for a finer tip paired with a long straight belly. More apt for push/draw cutting technique but the slight roll up to allow for rock/chop. The Desert Ironwood adds a little weight to the handle for a substantial presences in the hand.
