Add your gift box to the cart. The $50.00 is a non-refundable deposit that is subtracted from your final invoice.
We ship your gift box containing a gift certificate (and some additional H&H goodies) along with instructions on next steps.

Once the recipient has wiped their happy tears, they’ll contact us to start talking about their custom H&H knife.
After the design and materials have been decided with Duncan, you will receive an invoice with final payment. (minus your $50.00 deposit)
Once paid, we get to work!
Knife Types:
Paring Knife | 2” – 4” | Small kitchen knives used for paring, trimming and any small detail work. (Small but mighty slicers)
Field Knife | 3” – 5” | For hunting and general knife stuff use. Comes with a handmade leather sheath. (Insert Crocodile Dundee reference here.)
Kitchen Knife | 5” – 7” | Nimble, everyday-use kitchen knife that is pretty much for anything to do with cooking. (Except sh*t like opening cans. Don’t EVER do that.)
Chef Knife | 8” – 10” | Professional grade knife with some serious length. Mince, chop, slice, carve, you name it. (Go big or go home and make some pizza rolls.)
Off-menu | For specialty knives like boning, filet, butcher, bread knife, bench scraper, etc… PLEASE reach out below
